Reading the book of Revelations together

We have called a corporate fast for Valley West Christian Center for the beginning of 2012. We are fasting for personal direction in this new year, as well as direction for our church.  We will be breaking the fast together on Sunday, January 22nd.

Fasting is the purposeful abstaining from food, types of food or other things in one's natural life, to concentrate on your relationship with God, and the supernatural areas of one's life.  Fasting is to be accompanied by prayer and waiting on God.

We are adding the element of reading the word together as a congregation...and have chosen the Book of Revelation.  As you read in the first chapter their is a blessing to those who read, hear, and do the instructions of Revelations.

Children's Ministry on Sunday Mornings

Now Beginning at 10:15 a.m. in the Chapel

Full Service includes Praise & Worship, Corporate Time, and Age Group Breakouts!

At VWCC we want to make it known that we believe it is the parents, and families responsibility to train up their children in the Lord.  AS a church we are here to help you minister to your children by allowing them the same opportunity that you have each week to meet with others that help you grow.  

It is not our desire to replace the Spiritual headship of each home, but to allow your children to impact the lives of others, and grow with their peers by walking out their relationship in an atmosphere of excitement and opportunity. 

Kids Praise

Time of expression of their thankfulness, and understanding of the worthiness of God to receive their praise & worship.  

Corporate Encouragement

Reality Kid's Ministry team will chart the course for the morning by doing skits, puppets and larger than life lessons as well as find out what the kids are retaining.
